Our client is trading company, is looking for a candidate to be a part of their team to join as a Japanese Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting clients to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-Quality, up to date support material.
- Handling urgent calls, email and messages when Sales team is unavailable such as answering and receiving client’s requirements, report and arranging delivery dates etc.
- Inputting orders and requirements to ensure they are proceeded.
- Translating and prepare documents as well as issuing sales documents such as quotation, invoice and tax invoice
Qualification:
- Female only with Thai nationality
- Experience as as Sales Coordinator or administration
- Can communicate in Japanese (JLPT N3or above)
- Be able to work under pressure and multitask.
