Our client is a Japanese retail, is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the Japanese Speaking Merchandising staff
Qualification:
- Thai Nationality, Female or male. Age 25-30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese or related
- Experience as merchandiser (or buyer) for at least 2 years
- Good command in Japanese (up to JLPT N3) and English
- Experience in retail industry is preferable
- Interested in beauty and cosmetics business
- Negotiation skill, High inter-personal skill, Open-mind, absorbing different cultures, Detailed and organized person
Job Description:
- New set up company
- Organize and manage the discussions with all supplying companies
- Create business account and settle necessary contracts
- Create the planogram for all applicable shelves
- Process the purchasing to have the product deliveries in timely manner
- Ensure there is no out-of-stock occurring at store front at all time
- Organize and handover the payment of the products to finance & accounting team
- Communicate in professional manner with all suppliers
- Create strong and mutually benefiting relationship with all suppliers
- Communicate with merchandising teams within the group companies for seeking the opportunities
- Communicate the company’s visions and competitive advantages to the suppliers
