Our client is a Japanese Real estate, is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the Japanese Speaking Project Coordinator.
Qualification:
- Thai Nationality, male or female. Age 23-30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese or any field related
- At least 1 years’ experience as project coordinator, researcher, marketing in Japanese company.
- Experience in real estate or construction is advantage
- Business level in Japanese (up to JLPT N3) and English
- Strong intention to work in real estate business is must
- Interpersonal, negotiation, active personality, logical thinking and work well under pressure
Job Description:
- Small organization
- Cooperate with Thai Development
- Join the regular meeting, project, sell plan, design and construction process
- Research for market trend, real estate issue, law or any related information
- Provide real estate Law, information to customer
- Visit condominium site
Allowance:

Working hour:
- Monday-Friday
- 08:00-17:30
