Our client is a Japanese credit card business, is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the Japanese Speaking Lounge staff
Qualification:
- Thai Nationality, Female or male. Age 25-30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese or related
- At least 2 years of working experiences as reception, customer service in a Japanese company
- Fluently in Japanese (up to JLPT N2) and English
- Graduated from Japanese is preferable
- Good communication skill, service mind,friendly and, adaptable
Job Description:
- Take care about customers who visit the lounge as the receptionist
- Support customer (Call, e-mail)
- To explain the merits of company to customer (Service, Promotion)
- To provide information to use credit card (Inbound, outbound)
Allowance:
- Transportation
- Bonus (4-6 months/ twice a year)
- Health insurance

Working hour:
- Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30
- Saturday rotation (1 Saturday per month)
