Our client is a Japanese insurance company, is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the Japanese Speaking Interpreter&Secretary.
Qualification
- Thai nationality, female. Age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor degree in any field related
- At least 4 years’ experience as Personal Assistant or any position related
- Business level in Japanese (Up to JLPT N2) and English
- Experience in insurance business is preferred
- Able to use MS office. (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Interpersonal skill, multitask skill and detail-oriented
Job Description - To support Japanese manager as interpreter and assistant
- Translate contracts, agreements and customer documents
- Create/monitor document (Minutes, report and sales document)
- To support sales activity (mainly Real estate, Vegetable and Training)
- Other tasks assign by Management (Arrangement hotel and car, Support to get WP and Visa for Japanese and other general affairs)
Allowance - Bonus 1 month

Working Time - Monday-Friday
- 8:30 - 17:30
