Our Client is stable and Big Japanese Logistic Company who is looking for High experience Japanese Speaking Human Resource Department Manager who is able to handle and Manage over all Human Resource Function.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Human resource policies and strategies
- Handle company new employee recruitment
- Monitor and control Employee's training and skill development
- Implement and control compensation and benefit
- Handle and provide Performance evaluations system
- Give an advice about policies, training, benefit and other things related to Human Resource
- Prepare and Review Company's Regulation
- Handle Labour Relation System
- Resolve Human Resource related problem in Organization
Qualification:
- Thai nationality
- Master's Degree or above
- Age not over 50 Years old
- At least 10 Years experience in Human Resource Function
- Good Command in English
- Basic or higher level in Japanese
