Our client is a Japanese logistics company, is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the Japanese Speaking Executive Secretary.
Qualification:
- Thai nationality, female. Age 30-35 years old
- Bachelor degree in any field related
- At least 3 years’ experience as Personal Assistant or any position related
- Business level in Japanese (Up to JLPT N2) and English
- Experience in logistic business is preferred
- Able to use MS office. (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Interpersonal skill, multitask skill and detail-oriented
Job Description:
- Support to Japanese executive office manager
- Managing schedule for Japanese executive office manager
- Admin task to booking (hotel, Air Ticket, restaurant etc.)
- Interpreting and translating as assigned
Allowance:
- Bonus: 2 - 4 months
- Transportation is actual pay
- Health insurance

- Annual Leave
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00 - 18:00
