Our client is a Japanese trading, is now looking for an experienced candidate or fresh graduate candidate to join as the Japanese Speaking Domestic staff.
Qualification:
- Thai nationality. Female, 23-30 years old
- Bachelor degree in Japanese or related
- Have working experience at least 1 year as trading company
- Fresh graduate is welcome
- Good command in Japanese (Up to JLPT 3) and English
- PR/PA experience is an advantage
- Able to use MS office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Active personality with passion to learn new things, able to work under pressure and detail oriented.
Job description:
- Domestics Team
- Coordinate with Head Quarter (report the process of manufacturing to Japan Head Quarter)
- Get order from domestics
- Order to domestics supplier (have to control, manage the mold with domestics factory)
- Manage the delivery schedule with domestics
- Manage documents (invoice, check the price, PR/PA)
