Our client, well known Japanese Company is seeking for an experienced candidate to join as an Internal Audit Department Manager;
Qualification
- Male or Female, age between 38 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
- At least 10 years’ experience in Internal Audit field including Managerial Level
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing (TOEIC Score 650+)
- Able to travel occasionally both domestic and overseas
- Experienced with Japanese Company is advantage
- Possession of a professional audit certification (CIA / CPIA / CISA) is preferable
- Computer literacy
Job Description
- Establish and update the risk-based audit plan throughout annual, mid-term and long-term
- Manage, coach and lead audit team to accomplish the audit objective and audit plan
- Develop internal audit procedure and audit program to drive the organization's internal control system to be continuous effectiveness and to ensure that each area comply the company policies, standard and work instructions as well as concerning regulations and laws
- Ensure work papers contain adequate evidence to support audit findings and audit result
- Communicate audit result, recommendations and consulting service to the auditees
- Review all audit result and draft internal audit report of each audited area to be accurate, clear and reliable
- Catty out other assignments from GM / Top Managements
- Direct report to GM of Aasen Compliance Department
