Our client is leading relocation service provider. They engaged with expat interested in moving or relocating to Thailand. The company provide full service solutions ranging from moving to work permit and visa documentations. They are currently looking for an immigration specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit of visa and work permit applications, extensions/renewals and cancellations with related organizations
- Coordinate with corporate and request documents relevant to work permit and visa process
- Provide consultancy about immigration and related issues
- Update immigration policies and practices by liaising with authorities, consulates, etc.
- Coordinate with customers and destinations to ensure customers gets satisfaction throughout all process
- Perform as contact point to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher education (Any Field)
- Customer service minded
- Background knowledge on Thai immigration and visa process.
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Minimum 2 year experience in immigration functions
