Our client is Japanese company. Now they are seeking for the candidate of IT support position as below details;
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the smooth running and troubleshoot of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision.
- Monitoring server and network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed to identify and remedy server, network and applications performance.
- Perform system backups and recovery.
- Monitoring and managing with third party technical support vendors and support personnel.
- Recommending for IT hardware, software and purchasing IT equipment.
- Providing users with appropriate support and advice.
- Working follow IT procedure.
- Encoding project requirements by converting work flow information into computer language.
- Confirming program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
Qualifications:
- Male or female, age 25-30 Years old.
- Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- At least 2-year experience.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows based workstations and Microsoft Office Application, SQL Server.
- Knowledge and understanding in PC hardware, PC peripherals.
- Knowledge and understanding in network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
- Good interpersonal skill and Services mind.
