Our Clients are Japanese well-known manufacturing industry. They located in Amata Nakorn, Chonuri. Currently they looking for HRD Specialist ( Staff to Senior level) position.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze needs of any department for design training course.
- Prepare in-house, out-side training and oversea training.
- Control and monitoring OJT and road map.
- Implement training and activities by plan.
- Make evaluate and keep feedback after training.
- Orientation to new comer.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female age 26 - 35 years old.
- Thai nationality only !!
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resource, Political Science or any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HRD, training or any related field.
- Experience in set up HRD system will be advantage.
- Good communication skills in English
