HR Supervisor or Assistant Manager are responsible for provide hands-on support in all HRM function such as HR operation, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & benefits, Payroll, Welfare, Performance Management, Salary Structure, Training, and other related in HR function. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Assistant General Manager with key responsibilities as follows.

Location:                     Pluakdaeng, Rayong

Salary Package:         32,600 – 60,000 Baht

Working Hours:          Mon – Sat (Saturday as company’s calendar)

Bonus:                        5 months

Responsibilities:

·         Managing HR Operations, including Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and Welfare.

·         Formulating and implementing the HR strategies, policies and systems that align with corporate policies.

·         Controlling payroll & the provident fund to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company’s policy.

·         Monitoring Performance Management, Improvement System, Organizational Development and Salary Structure.

·         Preparing and implementing training road map as per job descriptions and the annual training plan.

·         Supporting the implementation of HR projects, employee relations and communications

·         Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintain in accordance with company policy.

·         Supervising and coaching subordinates on tasks; share/advise on problem-solving solutions. Conducting internal training to develop employees’ fundamental skills and enhance their job performance.

Qualifications:

·         Thai nationality candidates only.

·         Male or Female, Age between 33 – 40 years.

·         Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Human Resources Management, Political Science or other related fields.

·         At least 8 year Experience in overall HRM, ER, and Labor Relations.

·         Preferable 5 year experience in 1st Tier Automotive manufacturer in the medium manufacturing environment (200-500 employee), but it is not essential.

·         Develop human resource development policy to enhance employee's skills and knowledge.

·         Able to work under high pressure and accountability, problems solving systematically and analytically.

·         Very good in English language is a must (TOEIC 550 up) or able to communicate in Japanese is preferable.

·         Knowledge of system such as ISO 14001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3.

·         Candidates who is job hopper will not be consideration. (Less than 2 times, or 3 times job changing is acceptable, if age is late 30s or up).
