Our client, a Japanese Trading company is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the HR SENIOR STAFF.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, Age between 25 – 30 years old
- Bachelor degree in management, political, psychology or any concerned field
- At least 3-5 year experience in Compensation & benefit
- Good command of English.
- Computer skill in MS-Office
- Good in Microsoft office ( Excel- power point word)
- Service mind, Welcome attitude, Positive attitude
Job Descriptions
- Handle compensation & Benefit ie. Social Security Fund, Provident Fund, Health Insurance
- Coordinate with outsource company for recruitment
- Prepare the document for new staff
- Control personal filing
- Knowledge and know how to prepare document to Government such as safety, Labor
Department
- Follow up the any document of staff related with HR issue
- Coordinating with Department in HR related
Business : Trading
Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
Working Location : Bangpoo, Samutprakran
