Our client is a leading automotive service company. Currently, they are looking for an HR Manager & Internal Legal Counsel to join their team.
Responsibilities:
HR
- Responsible for all rounded HR functions; recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, rules and regulations compliance
- Plan and utilize the most effective talent acquisition channel to attract the best fit candidates for the functions
- Develop and maintain human resources system that meets to management information needs and proactively supports the delivery of HR processes
- Develop performance management system to ensure effective implementation
- Design compensation & benefits strategies and programs to ensure that they are competitive, align with the business objectives and legal compliance
- Provide guidance and supervise subordinates in their daily activities to improve division’s performance
- Build sustainable partnerships with managers to understand their business priorities and provide HR solutions that will deliver align with the business objectives
Legal
- Draft the agreement and coordinate with sales team
- Negotiate with all parties
- Provide legal opinions to support business
- Coordinate with external lawyer and follow the court cases
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Human Resources, Law or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HRM with at least 3 years in management level
- Strong leadership, analytical, result oriented and getting things done
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work well under pressure
- Good command of English and Computer literate especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work across all functions and levels within the company
