Our client, well- known Japanese Leasing Company. Now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as HR Mgr. Position;
Qualification:
- Thai Nationality, Female
- Age 35-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration on any related
- At least 5 years of working experience in Management Level of HR
- Knowledge in Thai Labor Law, Employee Relations and IT Support
- Good command in English both speaking and writing
- Immediately start work is preferable
Job Description:
- Responsible for overall area of HR and Admin & IT Support including recruiting, training, organization development, employee relation, compensation, payroll, benefit, safety, administration, IT support.
- Report directly to Japanese MD
