Qualification
- Thai nationality, Male or Female age not over 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related filed.
- At least 5 years' working experience in HR & GA function
- Knowledge in recruitment, Payroll, Labor Law
- Computer literacy in MS Office.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written. TOEIC score 550 up
- Hard working, trustworthy, good systematic and well-organized.
- Good interpersonal skill with “Can do” attitude. Prefer to work with Japanese Company
Job description
- Overall management of HR & GA function under Thai labour Laws such as Recruitment Employment, Training, Employee Relation, and Compensation Welfare & Benefits. And all administration jobs.
- Maintain all Employee records.
- Assist with Visa and Immigration issue.
- Handle and monitor all recruitment process in accordance with company and department need ( Manpower, Interviewing, Advertising, Contract)
- Responsibility for Payroll.
