Our client, a Japanese company that is well known for manufacturer and distributor of Automotive is seeking for HR&GA Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall HR management functions of factory ie HR procedures, rules & regulations, manpower management, recruitment & selection, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations, labor union, HR information system.
- Responsible for additional activities assigned from Management.
Qualification:
- Thai nationality
- Female, Bachelor degree in Human resource management or related fields.
- 8-10 years of experience in human resource management and administration of manufacturing field especially Japanese Company.
- Good in English communication and human relations.
- Computer literacy.
- Good personality, mature and proactive.
