Our client, Japanese Manufacturer of slitting and stamping of the electrical steel coils is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the HR & GA Manager.
Responsibilities:
Human Resource Field:
- Payroll for Daily Operator and Monthly Staff.
- Providence Fund, Co-operation (Deposit and Loan)
- Welfare : uniform and medical welfare
- Training and Recruitment
- Labor Relation : Labor Union, Welfare Committee
- Appraisal and Increment
- Activities : Sport Day, Company Trip, New Year Party
- Law and Regulations concerned , Visa and Work Permit for Japanese
General Affair Field:
- Subcontractor Contract : Canteen, Transport Van, Maid , Gardener, Guardsman
- Waste control: Yearly approval to Dept. of Industrial Factory, concerned reports, waste disposal vendor contract, waste transport and related documents.
- Other Genera Affair jobs
Qualification:
- Thai Nationality, Male/Female 40-50 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or related field. Master's Degree would be advantages.
- Minimum of 10 years work experience in Managerial position of HR & Admin in manufacturer.
- Excellent communication skills and prefer working in Japanese Management style.
