Our client, well- known Japanese Leasing & Hire Purchase Business now they are seeking for an experienced candidate to join as HR & GA Asst. Mgr. Manager Position;
Qualification:
- Thai Nationality, Female
- Age between 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science or other related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in managerial level or supervisor level of HR & General Affairs function
- Experience with Japanese Company or Global Company is advantage
- Good command in English
Job Description:
- Manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically in manpower planning, recruitment, employee development set KPI's training and appraisals
- To lead, supervise and conduct human resources (Concentrate on recruitment & education) & General Affair functions (Concentrate on corporate matter)
- To streamline procurement process, HR process and other admin related process relevant to Headquarter and group's policy
- To responsible for daily administrative issues, resolve trouble shooting and facilitate internal departments to smoothen day to day operations
