Our client, well- known Japanese Trading Company is now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as HR & Admin Staff Position;
Qualification
- Thai Nationality, Female
- Age between 23 - 27 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, General Management or any related field
- At least 1 year experience in HR, Admin or Secretary function
- Experience with Japanese Company is advantage
- Good command in English
- Able to start work immediately is preferable
Job Description
- General affairs tasks including air ticket booking, hotel booking, purchase of stationery and other officer supplies, filling documents, car management, translate from Thai to English and English to Thai, visa & work permit, secretary tasks for Japanese Manager
- HR tasks including employee's attendance record, employee's salary calculation, employee's welfare and employee's activities
- Support basic accounting tasks; accounting & tax document and petty cash
- Report directly to Japanese Manager
