Our client is leading automotive parts manufacturer, they are looking for potential who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Position:                                  HR & Admin Manager

Salary:                                     70,000 – 100, 000 THB / Month

Welfares:                                Annual Bonus                        

Location:                                Pluakdaeng, Rayong

Working Day:                         Monday to Friday

Business Type:                       Automotive parts Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for manage the overall Human Resources Management & Administration operations, which including recruitment, manpower planning, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational development, Employee Relations and Labour Union Management.

·         To give advice and reinforce the Company compliance with employment statues, rules and regulations.

·         To support all administrations & general affairs activities so that the Company is able to operate without any disruption.

·         To establish and maintain interpersonal relationships by developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.

·         To resolve conflicts, negotiating and collective bargaining with labour union, handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, otherwise negotiating with others.

·         To identify, develop and deploy initiatives and best practices in communications, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development and total rewards for performance that encourage employee retention, job satisfaction and positive morale.

·         To have extensive knowledge of Thai Labor Laws

Qualifications:

·        Male/Female, age between 35-45 years old.                                           

·         Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science or any related fields.

·         At least 10 years experienced in full spectrum of HR & Administration functions, which includes at least 3 years in management level in automotive / electronics manufacturing environment.

·         Strong knowledge in People development practices & principles, Employee Relation with negotiation skills, Talent Management, Performance management and Salary structure.

·         Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with Analytical skill, Problem solving, well-organized and services mind.

·         Good command in English for both written and spoken and Proficient Computer literacy in MS Office and able to using Tigersoft payroll program.
