Our client is a stable and fast-growing logistics company. Currently, they are looking for an HR and Admin Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
HR
- Responsible for all HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, visa & work permit, training and development, company’s regulations and employee engagement
- Plan and utilize the most effective talent acquisition channel to attract the best fit candidates for the functions
- Manage compensation & benefits strategies and programs to ensure that they are competitive, align with the business objectives and legal compliance
- Manage training plans and other organization development programs that align with the business objectives
- Provide guidance and consult on HR issues when requested or when needed to improve company’s performance
- Prepare reports, submissions and other necessary correspondence relevant to HR matters
- Other tasks assigned by expatriate CEO
Admin
- Lead overall function of multi-scope of daily administration, office environment, manage/guide subordinates by advice, counseling and decision making
- Liaison with the government agencies on related matters
Qualifications:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in HR and Administration functions in a multi - cultural environment
- Experienced in Logistics company is a plus
- Strong knowledge in Thai Labor Law
- Excellent command in English
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, positive and can-do attitude with hands-on personality, responsible, good team player and familiar with multinational working environment
- Computer literacy
Work Location: BTS Silom line
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
