Our client, a Japanese Technical service company is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the General Affair Staff.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, Age between 35 – 45 years old, Thai nationality
- Bachelor degree in business administrative or any concerned field
- 5-8 year experience in General Affair in office
- Knowledge in writing the minute, telephone system
- Good in document storage system
- Good command of English.
- Good in Microsoft office ( Excel- power point word)
- Service mind, Welcome attitude, Positive attitude
Job Descriptions:
- Coordinating with internal department
- Coordinating with external such as customer , outsourcing company
- Responsible for the telephone system.
- Responsible in purchasing such as stationery
- Responsible for maid and driver
- Preparing the monthly report
- Knowledge and know how to prepare document as a systematic
- Making PR
Business: Technical service
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
Working Location: Bangpoo, Samutprakran
