Qualification
- Female 38 – 42 Years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Familiar with new set up and fast growing manufacturing
- Minimum 1-3 years in related field.
- Experience in set up manufacturing in Generalist task.
- Have knowledge in General administrative
- Practical in English proficiency both written and spoken
- Well organized, self-motivated, result-oriented, mature with positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Description
- Responsible for manage Stationary of office supplier
- Manage the Staff Uniform
- Responsible for canteen and coordinate with vendor.
- Take care of Securities Guard and Maid management.
- Schedule the meeting room
- Responsible for Petty cash record and monthly summarize.
- Facilities management.
