Our client, Multi-National Company specialize in produce air-conditioning for Export Market. Now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the Employee Relations Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Update rule & regulation and handle.
- Legal matters.
- Handle Hiring Temporary process.
- Work with Welfare committee.
- CCTV control and manage.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- 10 years experiences upwards in employee relations function
- Familiar working with production and operation employee as well as management
- Knowledge in labor laws and other concerned laws/rules and regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and possess initiatives
- Time management, result oriented and rational
