Our client is a fast growing company specialize in Online Marketing Tools in Southeast Asia, Australia and UK. Currently, they are looking for professional candidate of Executive Secretary to join their organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform secretarial and administrative support that are highly confidential and sensitive to support Expatriate Chief Operating Officer
- Plan and organize executive’s daily schedule
- Handle travel arrangement includes air ticket, hotel booking, transportation, travel visa for local and expatriate staff and guests
- Handle minutes taking, email correspondence, conference call with overseas, arrange management meeting, filing system and expense reimbursement
- Be a point of contact for executive office
- Other ad hoc office tasks as assigned by Chief Operating Officer
Requirements:
- Thai Nationality
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, Administration or related tasks in multinational company
- Strong communications skill, pleasant personality, positive attitude, multi-tasked, well-organized, good team player, outgoing, trustworthy and reliable, familiar with young and dynamic working environment
- Good command of written and spoken in English
- Proficient in MS Office
Work hour: Mon-Fri, Flexible working hour
Location: Pakkred, Nonthaburi
