Our client is a beauty and personal care startup, their products are selling on marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Play a major hands-on role in the overall success of the organization’s supply chain management to achieve on time delivery while continually reducing cost and manages all aspects of operations management to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit.
Build start up team in place to effectively grow the organization
Work closely with the CEO to set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Work closely with the CEO to design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Maintain financial strength and participates in the general management of the company in close support of the CEO
Qualifications:
Thai nationality
A young and talent leader who has about 7 - 15 years of E-commerce operation and supply chain management experience in consumer goods, E-Commerce or digital marketing company
Good understanding of Supplier Relationship Management,
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, Online Inventory Management and Shipment Management
Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
Good command of English communication skills
