Our client, Japanese company which is well known for Wholesale/Retail business with long history in Thailand, is now seeking for a Customer Services (Chinese Speaking).
Job Descriptions:
- Perform all necessary duties
- Provide necessary information to customer
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Assist Chinese customer in communication with salesclerk.
- Provide product information and boost sales
Qualification
- Any Gender, Thai nationality, Age not over 29 years old
- Bachelor's degree in B.A. or related field
- Passionate in Fashion, Cosmetics
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Customer Services in Wholesale/Retails/Services is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure under a tight schedule
- Good command in Chinese (HSK3 or more)
- Good command in English
- Able to work on Weekend
Location: BTS Area
Working: 10:15 AM – 07:15 PM.
Holiday: 6 Days in a month (Fixed holiday on Friday)
