Our client is Japanese Freight Forwarder company. Currently they are looking for Customer Service Manager for Ayutthaya branch.
Qualifications:
- Male or Female not over 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Freight Forward in export experiences 7 years up.
- Team management experiences.
- Microsoft office skill
- Have service mind and active character.
Job Description:
- Support, control and consult to operation team both Import and Export shipment especially key customer with smoothly process.
- Prepare quotation for Import and Export shipment to Oversea agent, existing customer and new customer to get a new business.
- Prepare monthly report about sales volume, number of shipment and gross profit to GM.
- Visit and meeting with customer to solve the problem
