Our clients, provide semiconductor components, electronic devices, network equipment and software, is Japanese trading company. Currently, they are expanding business and now they are seeking for Customer Service Executive 1 position.
Job Description:
- Provide sales and administrative support daily (issue PO, send forecast, etc.)
- Liaise with customers for delivery arrangements & requirements.
- Coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents as required.
- Monitor inventory and payment issues.
- Document filling for all necessary permit
Qualification:
- Thai Nationality only, Female, Age 25 - 30 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in any related fields.
- Minimum 3 years similar experience in sales coordinating in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Knowledge in Oracle will be an added advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous with positive working attitude.
- Independent and must have initiative and responsibility.
Working Hour: Mon - Fri / 08.30 - 17.30
