They are looking for candidate to joint with Thailand market Sales Team as following details;
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Indonesia & Malaysia clients
- Overall responsibility for developing, implementing and maintaining service and training activity
- Responsible for supporting sales project requirement owner lead for tracking all intervention services activity with customer requirement
- Manage and planning and lead during Intervention, Investigate /approve for warranty claim from customer.
- Manage and ensuring standard for company’s HSE Policy (Health safety and environmental)
- Implementation for training activity
- Manage for machine project execution upgrading and modification for line improvement.
- Planning intervention for Installation new machine both new project and relocation machine.
- Customer complaint
- Ensuring with right lead time spare delivery offer to customer.
- Approving for any invoice for any intervention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years experiences in Customer Care / Filed services environment with strong technical expertise
- Experienced in industrial company equipment and Services Portfolio
- Knowledge of MS Office, Project, CRM and SAP a plus
- Good command of English and Local language of the customer is a plus
