Qualification
• Male/Female, age over 35 years old• Bachelor Degree or higher in Law field.
• 3 years experience as Compliance/Legal Management level in corporate
with 5 years experience in Risk Management, Auditor
• Good command in Japanese (N3-N2) and English (TOEIC:550)
Job Description
• Manage legal Affairs and Compliance tasks serving to domestic and ASEAN Affiliates.
• Establish contract management system , review and set standard for contract
• Legal Compliance operation , monitor and audit.
• Give guidance legal/Compliance to organize in ASEAN Affiliates
• Plan and conduct Legal/Compliance awareness and training
