Our client, well- known Japanese Leasing Company, seeking for an experienced candidate to join as Collection Senior Staff;
Position: Collection Senior Staff
Business: Leasing Industry
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 THB
Qualification
- Male, age between 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Law or relate filed
- Direct experience in Collection 3 year with Leasing, Hire Purchase, Loan Industries
- Experienced with Japanese Leasing Company will be advantage
- Hold Laywer License
- Good command in English both of speaking and writing
- Travelling to up- country is required
Job Description
- Follow up overdue customers via phone and sometimes go to visit customers
- Proceeding termination of contract that has defulted on debt payment and respossession of property
- Coordinate with outsource lawyers about bounced cheque cases and civil cases
- Manage the overdue report for the assigned accounts to decrease overdue amount
- Manage administrative works such as preparation of POAs, warning letter, applications, etc.
