Our client, well known Japanese department store with long history in Thailand, is seeking for a Chinese Speaking Customer Service.
Job Descriptions:
- Handle duty-free process for the foreign customers, mainly Chinese customers
- Handle customer claim/inquiry
- Propose and discuss to improve service and procedure
- Leading subordinates
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor Degrees in any related fields
- Able to communicate in Chinese (possess at least HSK 4 level)
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
Working hours: Flexible/Shift
