Our client, a Japanese Trading Company which is famous for Cosmetics & Skincare brand with a presence in both department stores and e-commerce channels. They are looking for an experienced Brand Manager (Cosmetics product) to support their team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire P&L to achieve revenue targets
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items
- To visit store and make relationship with staff
- Overseeing the daily operations of a store and making sure it runs smoothly and effectively
- Monitor weekly performance of the stores and initiate corrective action where required
- Report problem and solution of each store and Sale report summary and analysis
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Strong experience about Cosmetic is advantage
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cosmetics and Beauty lover
- Fluent in Thai and English
