Job Description
- Involve in every phase of consultancy engagement, per-proposal research
- Support to MD on all aspects of new Business Development ranging
- Supervise and manage a team of consultants to gather and analyze information
- Performing valuation analysis on specific companies, cash flow models, financial models
- Identify issues and form suitable solutions working closely with key stakeholders, and present findings and recommendations to clients
- Presenting results to client and implement recommendations with client team member
- Assist to implement recommendations / solutions when necessary
- Establish effective working relationships with clients
- Lead / support a project work with a team
Qualification
- Holder of a Degree in Business or Finance from a good university is preferred
- At least 7-8 years of experience for Senior Associate position, managerial -supervisory capacity
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- Self-starter and is able to drive / complete deliverables independently
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple streams of work
- Ability to be flexible, adapt quickly, and work under time constraints
- Able to work effectively even in situations with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
- Willing to travel frequently
Working Hour: Mon – Fri (09.00 – 18.00)
