Our client is an international HRM solution is now seeking for an Application Advisory, who can support their customer in product solution.
Responsibilities:
- Support the various ad-hoc customers’ issues to meet Customers’ expectations on response time.
- Provide software support at office/client premises.
- Provide online support to clients via telephone or mail and social media.
- Establish good business relationship with customers and have good services mind.
- Assist in designing and implementing procedures on customers support programs.
- Prepare and process all training and support documentations and coordinating /collaborating such documents with the Post Development Team on standards and frameworks related to this task.
- Assume responsibilities delegated by the Management
- Record, report and troubleshoot when they have any problems and all software errors discovered and to accelerate unsolved issues to higher level.
- Maintain and keep track of all software maintenance agreements.
Qualification
- Male or Female, Thai nationality and Age not over 30 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or relate fields.
- Good command in Thai and English, both spoken and written, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have at least 1 years working experience in IT & Software Industry, preferably dealing with customers or Fresh Graduated are welcome.
- He/she must also be a very patient person as the job would involve customer service.
- Strong technical knowledge in MS SQL 2012/2014 or Oracle 11g databases.
- Good knowledge in networking (TCP/IP), email and Internet technologies would be added advantage.
- Good analysis person and have logical thinking.
- Able to communicate technical solutions to non-technical person.
