Job Descriptions:
- Leading and supervising “Air-freight” operation team (50 staffs) – “Import Section”
- Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis
- Improving operation procedures, policies and standards for company or division
- Cooperate with oversea agents for shipment arrangement
- Monitoring shipment, milestone status and KPI compliance
- Assist Sales activities such as rates, visits, report, etc.
- Financial billing process; invoice, credit note, cost control, etc.
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, Age 40+ years old, Male or Female
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Logistics, International Business Management, Business Administration or any related field
- English communication skill
- Min. 5-7 years of experience in freight forwarder company, Air-Import is preferable
- 3 years of experience in management position with over 10 subordinates
- Organized and hands-on person with great attention to details
- Knowledge of MS Office, Service mind, Strong interpersonal skill and capable to interact with people and all levels
Working Location: Suvarnabhumi Airport (Free Zone)
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 08.30-17.30
