Our client is a leading lens manufacturer in Thailand
Responsibilities:
- Handling sales process administration for all sales activities and project management
- Ensuring order processing, invoices, data collection are managed and in order
- Coordinating with clients, logistics and technical teams in related matters
- Doing sales reports
- Maintaining and updating customer data / monthly sales forecast
- Preparing sales materials / presentation for sales teams
- Keeping up to date with company new products
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Good in Project Management and Finance matrix
- 4 – 6 years’ experience as a Sales Admin / Sales Support Agent
- Experienced using CRM software and Microsoft office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- Very good multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good in English, Chinese is a plus
