Qualification
Female, age between 35 - 40 years old
Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting
Experience 5 years in Accounting function including Management Level
Knowledge in J-Sox Compliance
Experience for Consolidation Package
Hold CPD License
Business level in English
Experience with Japanese Company is advantage
Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
Able to start work immediately is preferable
Job Description
Overall Accounting & Finance function as well as Corporate Governance and Compliance
Ensure taxation and legislative requirements are in compliance with statutory authority and audit requirements and to organize and conduct internal audit for J-SOX Compliance
Review and submit monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly accounting statements / reports the Management and consolidated monthly accounting packages to headquarters in oversea
Handle overall Accounting & Finance and also HR & Office Administration
