Job Description
- Manage the financial and accounting activities of the company
- Report directly to the CEO
- Financial and investment planning, to support the corporate and new investment
- Investment analysis and feasibility study for new projects and new investments
- Preparation of financial information for BOD/ Shareholders/ Investors/ Bankers
- Monitor and control project disbursement and progress against budget or project schedule
- Corporate tax planning by structuring for new business or certain transaction to save taxes
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting or Finance
- At least 5 experience working in Accounting Management or Finance field from Property Development
- Experience in Public Company Limited or Company in SET
- Good command in English
