Our client, Japanese Real Estate Company is now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as an Accounting Management
Qualification
- Male or Female, Age more than 32 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
- At least 5 years’ experience in accounting
- Background in Real estate or property Developer is a must
- CPD license is required
- Good command in speaking and writing English
Job Description
- Manage daily operation in the accounting department e.g. account receivable, account payable, cash payment.
- Prepare the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing and ensure accuracy of accounting standard and tax compliance.
- Perform analysis in the areas of cash flow and income & expense planning.
- Liaise and deal with Revenue department auditor and the other government involved.
- Support general administrative task
