Job Description:
- Oversee HR and GA functions with good knowledge in Thai labor law
- Develop HR and GA systems and strategies across the company
- Report to management and provide decision support
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HRM
- Communicate with employee related HR
Qualification:
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management
- Good understanding of HR and GA functions
- Knowledge in labor law
- Communicable in English
