The Technical Supervisor role leads maintenance activities within an automotive parts manufacturing environment, with a focus on reducing unplanned downtime and improving the performance of production machinery and equipment. The position manages maintenance planning, team performance, continuous improvement initiatives, and technical preparation for new models. This is an onsite position in Rayong with work on alternate Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Manage maintenance activities to reduce unplanned downtime and improve the performance of machinery and equipment
Analyse maintenance-related problems, develop improvement solutions, and follow up on preventive maintenance plans
Manage the maintenance team to achieve company targets
Lead projects, Kaizen activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality across the facilities
Manage cost, concept design, and master schedules for new models
Perform other assignments and responsibilities as required by management
Requirements
More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing, including over 5 years within automotive manufacturing involving press and welding operations
Strong automotive machinery maintenance skills, including experience with Seyi, Chinfong, Wasino, and Amada press machines and OTC and Panasonic welding robots
Experience supporting new-model activities
Ability to work effectively under pressure with a proactive approach
