The System Analyst role supports and enhances business-critical applications by connecting business requirements with effective technical solutions. The position plays a key part in maintaining system reliability, driving continuous improvement, and delivering technology solutions that support operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, system enhancements, and process improvements
Coordinate with business users, developers, and external vendors throughout the system development lifecycle
Manage testing activities, including system testing, user acceptance testing coordination, and documentation preparation
Provide application support, troubleshoot incidents, monitor system performance, and ensure service continuity
Support system integration projects and application rollouts while maintaining compliance with IT standards and security policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in system analysis or application support
Strong knowledge of web applications, application programming interfaces, system integration, and database technologies such as SQL or Oracle
Experience in requirements gathering, system documentation, process analysis, and user acceptance testing management
Familiarity with Java and React technologies, with knowledge of artificial intelligence tools, technologies, or integrations considered an advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Good English proficiency
