Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Perfumer to lead fragrance development initiatives. This role will be responsible for creating innovative and high-quality fragrances aligned with market trends and client needs, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and create original fragrance formulations across various applications (e.g., fine fragrance, personal care, home care)
Translate client briefs and market insights into commercially successful fragrance solutions
Evaluate, refine, and optimize fragrance compositions to meet performance and quality standards
Stay up to date with global fragrance trends, consumer preferences, and raw material innovations
Collaborate with marketing, technical, and commercial teams to ensure successful product development
Present concepts and fragrance creations to internal stakeholders and clients
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10+ years of experience in perfumery or fragrance development
Proven expertise in fragrance creation, formulation, and raw material knowledge
Strong creative and olfactory skills with a track record of successful launches
Experience working with diverse product categories and international markets is an advantage
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Degree or formal training in Perfumery, Chemistry, or related field preferred
