Responsibility:
- Lead and process excellence in Board of Investment (BOI), Tax and Customs duty.
- Manage a team responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with BOI, tax (VAT, income tax and withholding tax) and customs obligations.
- Provide BOI, Tax and Customs advice on a wide range of business initiatives, enabling informed decision making.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, tax or other business field
- 10 years' experience in tax, BOI and/or customs working in house or as an advisor
- Experience in multinational company is a plus
- Experience leading teams on a day to day and project basis
- Deep knowledge of Thai BOI, tax and/or customs requirements and obligations
- Commercial understanding with awareness of both legal and tax environment
