The Senior Human Resources (HR) Staff role supports full-cycle recruitment and employee training and development activities. The position works closely with department managers to address hiring needs, coordinate development programmes, maintain accurate records, and support compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding, and recruitment record maintenance
Partner with department managers to identify hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and create or update job descriptions and specifications
Plan and implement annual training and development programmes, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and employee development initiatives
Coordinate internal and external training activities, prepare training materials and reports, and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments
Maintain accurate employee training records in HR and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms
Support compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR procedures, as well as other HR administrative functions
Requirements
Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, including workforce planning, candidate selection, and onboarding
Ability to plan and coordinate employee training and development programmes
Familiarity with labour laws, HR policies, procedures, and record-keeping requirements
Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
