Role Overview
Manage after-sales service operations and on-site service teams to ensure fast response and high customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance, both on-site and via remote support.
Coordinate technical issues, spare parts, and problem resolution with multiple stakeholders using multi-language communication.
Handle critical customer issues and support continuous service improvement.
Train and develop field teams to strengthen both technical capability and service mindset.
Working Style
This is primarily a site-based role with minimal office work.
The role requires remaining at a customer site for approximately 2–3 months per project.
After project completion, work will transition to a new site based on project assignment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Refrigeration Engineering, or related fields
Strong communication skills in Thai, Chinese, and English (Chinese required for HQ coordination)
HSK Level 4 or equivalent Chinese proficiency
Able to adapt well to Chinese working culture
Experience in engineering management or after-sales service team leadership
Strong expertise in Chiller systems (Air/Water Cooled) and industrial HVAC preferred
Ability to troubleshoot using PLC programs with understanding of logic control systems
Experience in Data Center O&M or large-scale machinery is a plus
Valid driver’s license and confident driving skills
Decisive, strong leadership, and able to perform well under pressure
